1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order.
2. Products and compatibility
We sell phone case covers and related accessories. It is your responsibility to select the correct phone model before ordering. Product images and colors are for illustration, and slight variations may occur because of screens and manufacturing. Cases are designed to help reduce damage but cannot guarantee that your device will never be damaged.
3. Pricing and payment
- All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice.
- Applicable taxes and shipping are added at checkout.
- We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel affected orders, with a full refund.
- Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
4. Order acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, or limit quantities, for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, or errors in the listing. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
5. Shipping and returns
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.
6. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate and current information.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it without permission, using it for unlawful purposes, or submitting false or fraudulent orders.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Press Case name, logo, text, graphics and product images, belongs to Press Case or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Apple, iPhone, Samsung, Galaxy, Google and Pixel are trademarks of their respective owners. Press Case is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them. Brand names are used only to describe device compatibility.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Press Case will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including damage to a phone or other device, loss of data, or loss of profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Press Case harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico and applicable US federal law. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on the site applies from its effective date. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
